Spoke with Dr Briffa this morning in length about my condition and forecasted treatment. There is a genuine caring and likeability about Katy which puts you at ease and makes you feel safe when discussing different aspects of recovery with her. I was at a bit of a loose end with the plan for my treatment and how long it would take, Katy took time to listen to me and explain the plan set in place. She could not of been anymore helpful, anyone who is fortunate to have her as a Doctor should feel themselves lucky.

Dr Katy Briffa Diagnosed and supported me with great skill, compassion and absolute honesty. She was most helpful in signposting me to the available treatments and mental health resources. With the limited interaction over zoom it still felt like a traditional and effective face to face interaction. No improvements to the service are warranted.

Dr Briffa has been incredible in my dealings with her. I found her to be very genuine and caring, whilst knowing exactly how to talk to me and help me in the next stages. Dr Briffa kept in contact with me, set up multiple sources of help and information for me and made sure I understood the process, with extra help concerning my return to civilian life. I would highly recommend Dr Briffa to anyone, as she has shown me genuine care, support and knowledge on how to help me. Thank you for everything.
